Where the horses come first!

We moved to Malton in 2013 and then to our present address in 2017.

Originally training point-to-pointers, the natural progression was to take out a permit and then a dual license, to train both flat and jumpers, in 2020.

A double at an Easingwold point-to-point in 2013. Both horses were far from straight forward but each won their maiden races on that memorable afternoon

Moorlands Mist had lost his way and seemed on the downgrade at eleven-years-old. After buying him cheaply out of a big yard, we were able to sweeten him up and  land a touch at 33/1! He followed up again afterwards.

Cold Henry was a cheap private purchase but won twice towards the end of the 2022 flat season..

Demi Sang landed a Boxing Day Wetherby Handicap in 2021. It was his first start for the yard after losing his way for his previous trainer.

Calculus created a huge shock when  landing a Beverley handicap in 2022. Going well clear before the halfway stage, he just lasted home for a wonderful first victory for the yard on the level.
